We want you to feel confident when shopping with WLAST.
You are entitled to cancel your order within 30 days of receiving your goods, without giving any reason.
The cancellation period expires 30 days from the day you receive the goods, or from the day a third party nominated by you (other than the carrier) takes possession of the goods.
To exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform us of your decision by a clear statement.

Once we receive the returned goods, we will process your refund within 30 days.
Refunds will be issued using the same payment method you used for the original transaction.
No restocking or refund processing fees will be charged.
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
The goods were purchased within the last 30 days
The goods are new, unused, unopened, and in their original packaging
The goods are in a resaleable condition
We accept returns for both defective and non-defective products, provided the above conditions are met.
The following items are not eligible for return:
Goods made to your specifications or clearly personalised
Goods which deteriorate rapidly or have passed their expiry date
Goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons, if they have been unsealed after delivery
Goods which are inseparably mixed with other items after delivery
We reserve the right to refuse a return if the above conditions are not met.
We do not offer exchanges.
If you wish to order a different product, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.
Returns must be sent by mail.
You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the goods to us. Return labels are not provided.

We recommend using a tracked and insured postal service, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.
Refunds cannot be issued until we have received the returned goods or valid proof of return delivery.
If your item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us at craig@wlast.co.uk within 30 days of delivery so we can resolve the issue in accordance with the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
If the goods were marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of the return once the item is received.
If the item was not marked as a gift, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.
